Hubbard, Templeton claim TWGA President's Cup crowns

The Tryon Women's Golf Association President's Cup Tournament, a two-week event, concluded Tuesday, May 19.  In the 18-hole division, congratulations to winner Jane Templeton with a low net over the two weeks of 71-73--144. Runner-up was Marie Foster with a 75-71--146.
 
In the 9-hole division, congratulations to winner Marianne Hubbard with a low net over the two weeks of 31-35--66. Runner-up was Barbara Manning with a 39-38--77.  A social hour on the deck of the clubhouse was held to toast the winners.
 
Please be sure to sign up for the annual Memorial Day event on Monday, May 25th, and the TWGA Captain's Choice on May 26th with a shotgun start at 9 a.m., followed by the monthly luncheon/meeting.
