Course Tour

TCC LayoutTryon Country Club features nine holes that play to 18 thanks to one extra tee, one extra green and assorted tee placements. The course, designed by the legendary Donald Ross in the 1920s, is a challenging par 72 for men and par 75 for women. The small, undulating greens are bent grass, with tree-lined Bermuda grass fairways offering plush conditions to golfers. Out-of-bounds is denoted by Country Club Road and Horseshoe Curve Road, as marked. Men play the blue markers on the front nne and yellow markers on the back nine while ladies play the white and red markers, respectively.
